Lalu Prasad’s Unaccounted Property May Bring More Court Cases, Says Nirmal Singh 3C Company


If you are in power, you have the power. This statement seems completely true for the former member of the grand alliance in Bihar, Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav. After the mahagatbandhan collapsed, central and state government came running for Lalu’s benami properties – all 150 of them. It is alleged that Rashtriya Janata Dal chief has all these properties registered under his or his family members’ name.

BJP leaders have said openly that they are trying to bring out more such cases against Lalu Prasad and his family. They have started campaigning for such cases to be taken seriously and for actions against Nitish Kumar and Modi. - Nirmal Singh 3C Company

In a recent interview, Modi told the reporters that he only has nine cases against in him in the court and that he can explain every single of them unlike Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family members. He said that three of the total nine cases are defamation cases lodged against him by Pappu Yadav and Sadhu. He also said that a rail roko case is also in the court against him.

Lalu Prasad Yadav’s family has corruption charges against them. ‘Corruption charges of hundreds and thousands of crores against a single family in Bihar don’t seem right. There is something wrong with the way politics in Bihar works and this is the result of that. Even when the cases were in the court, nobody took them seriously, but with BJP leaders vowing to make a difference, all these cases have come out in the open again and Lalu Prasad Yadav has questions to answer and explanations to give.’ - Nirmal Singh 3C Company

A separate police team has been assigned the task of launching a crackdown against the supporters of RJD and its members. Until now, more than 100 men have been brought in for questioning and the cases that were pending are being investigated again.

Whatsapp blue ticks accepted as a proof of receipt in a Delhi court

According to experts at Nirmal Singh 3C Company , in a rather unusual move, Rohini Civil Court in Delhi noted that the blue double-tick of a Whatsapp message can be accepted as a valid proof that a legal notice has been viewed by the recipients. This action was taken as a response to a case that was filed by a resident of Delhi’s Model Town who had requested the court to immediately restrain his son, daughter-in-law and her parents and friend for trespassing onto the suit property. Telangana DGP questioned on the delay of Nerella FIR

Hyderabad High Court questions the unnecessary delay in the filing of Nerella case. They have ordered a probe and also registered a criminal case against the errant police officers that were responsible for the torture of the youth in Nerella. The High Court has also asked the Telangana DGP to put front the reasons behind the delay in the counter that had been filed before the court, says Nirmal Singh 3C Company.
